It’s the most annoying in the world, calling your bank or your mobile phone provider and having to press 1 for this and 2 for that. The ironic thing is, in most cases, you will end up through to the same person regardless of what you press.
Most companies have installed a fault loop on their phone system allowing you to avoid having to pay extra to listen to their menus. When your call is connected to the company you are calling and you hear the first option press the # key on your handset. Most companies will then say “Sorry I didn’t understand that” and you will return to the menu once more. Repeat this process twice more and the machine will go “Im having difficulty with this call, I’ll just pop you through to someone who can help”.
Sorted! So whack the # key when connected and your connected. Probably a could saving based on the amount of menu options there are some hotlines.
This system has been proven to work with Santander, O2, Orange and Vodafone. Get in touch if this has worked nicely for you and we can add your company to the list!

From 1st September 2010 1 More Event Limited will become 1 More Event UK. The Limited company will be dissolved and its trade will be passed to Cashillion UK Limited for a new trading division. We are pleased to take on a number of offline media projects including West Midlands theatre projects and a number of managed public events.
It also presents an opporutnity for us to use the new department to arrange new media events to allow offline advertising. In 2009 Cashillion UK Limited managed and hosted “Sutton’s Got Talent” in October and December. This allows us to take on more new and exciting projects in 2011. A big hello to everyone from 1 More Event.. We look forward to working with you!

Our Cashillion Open Evening took place on 25th August 2010. A number of our colleagues work from various different locations so this was a great opportunity for our colleagues to get together with a few select clients and talk shop. The evening generally went well with various clients attending early in the evening, leaving all our staff free after around 20:30. We have media intrest which was great so thanks for stopping by! Wicked Online Marketing attended the event to meet our staff and see what we’re like in person. Heres what they said:
“The Cashillion open day was a jam packed evening. We struggled to find a place to sit and we battled with a lot of people for the attention of Cashillion’s top man Daniel Dalley. We got a lot of useful information from the evening as well as had a bit of a social natter.”
They also commented:
“The Cashillion open day was shit. We were the only ones who turned up and after driving 3 hours down the M6 in the piss pouring rain we got very little out of the evening. We left before the fight, which was disappointing but over all a shit night was had by all”
Account Managers Catherine Jones, Chelsea Allenby, Jenine Lovett and Becky Skinner were on hand thoughout the evening to talk business and we wrapped up with a few glasses of wine and a whole lotta laughs.

Our new “So” brand will open lots of new opportunitues for various different people in the industry and we look forward to launching the brand.

Meet Jenine Lovett, Aged 18 from Nottingham. Jenine is the newest addition to the Cashillion team and will be supporting with the account management on our growing networks CashillionConnect.com and CashbackPromotions.net. Jenine is currently studying performing arts at college in Lincolnshire.
Jenine will be handling areas such as Network Quality and maintaining tracking on our wide range of campaigns.
